The minimum booking is 3 days for every car.
How much is the advance?
A fixed ₹2,000 per car, regardless of the car or the number of days. The rest is the balance of your total rental amount.
Does sending the WhatsApp request confirm my booking?
No. Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your reservation. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability confirmation by Custom Cabs. We will reply to confirm and share payment instructions.
Can I pay online on this website?
No. The website does not take payments. After we confirm availability, we send payment instructions or a QR code on WhatsApp.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence and a government photo ID are normally required. We will confirm the exact list on WhatsApp.
